What Types Of Injuries Are Covered By Workers’ Compensation?

In California, there are two types of injuries covered by the workers’ compensation system: one-time event injuries and repeated exposure injuries.

Meet Attorney Daniel Hegwer

Daniel Hegwer graduated from John Marshall Law School in 2004. He started his legal career at a large personal injury law firm with offices located throughout California. In this role, Daniel gained invaluable litigation experience and learned what it takes to help victims seek justice.
